‘Original’ of Channel 4 fake has just appeared on an internet portal. This video footage punctures all claims to originality, clearly, categorically. It establishes that footage has come from a video camera and not from a mobile phone camera, as it was initially presumed.
No Sinhala words were spoken by the gunmen seen in the video. Sinhala was heard in the background though. Also the sound of wind blowing at high velocity. All this indicates two things. One it was filmed in an open area. Second the camera used was a Video Camera. Microphone (MIC) of video camera is outside the camera. It picks up all sounds, wind including. Often the ‘wind’ sounds like gunfire as the camera is planned to record a scene.
All this makes clear that the ‘fake’ and the ‘original’ of the fake were an amateur job. Not a professional enterprise. If a truly professional Video team recorded the ‘event’ using a pro-video cam, they would have taken care to muffle the external sounds. That is elementary. It is achieved by capping the MIC with a Sound Muffler similar to the cap worn by the police outside the Buckingham Palace in the United Kingdom.
The very wind sound rules out that use of mobile camera for producing the Channel Four fake and the ‘original’ of the fake. How? Mobile phone camera cannot pick up sounds from a distance even if it captures the picture. For this very reason, background sounds are rarely heard on films recorded by mobile phone camera. Why mobile phone camera cannot pick up the background sounds clearly? That is because MIC of a Mobile Phone Camera faces you- the user, and not the subject. It is inbuilt often just above or alongside the key pad thus reducing the chances of the sound of the wind reaching it (the MIC). Another inherent drawback of a phone-camera is limited image clarity. Clarity is not good even from a very high resolution camera of a Mobile Phone.

On the new footage of the fake the sound of gunshots synchronizes better than in the Channel Four fake. The background sounds and Tamil heard are synchronized. For instance, when the ‘Man who orders' the killings barks, 'bring the next fellow’, the video clip shows the next man being brought in.
Orders given in Tamil are in Tamil ~ 'Blindfold' (cover the eyes); 'Bring the next man’; 'Remove the Boots’; 'Are you taking the Photo?' (in Tamil it is normally called a Video and a Photograph the same - a 'Photo')
When the 'fake' video with the sound in 'Sinhala' is analyzed, 'There is no 'sense' in what is 'spoken' and been 'done', as it does not correspond to the actions on the Video making it a real Kiddish piece of work.
Further analysis of these fakes brings out several ametureristic features.
This video was made and/or 'doctored' to fool the likes of 'Channel 4 /international community, because they do not know the meaning of the Sinhala words dubbed in the fake clip. The ‘author/producer of the fake also thought that they could get away easily with the doctoring. And believed that just anything spoken in Sinhala would and could pass off as the 'truth'.
This video was given to Channel 4 by a group named 'Journalists for Democracy in Sri Lanka' (JDS) after the voices of persons in Military uniform were 'doctored' (changed) from Tamil to Sinhala language, to give the impression that Sinhala soldiers were doing the 'shooting'.
The above 'original' video clearly DISPROVES it all as mentioned in detail above.
Thus makes a mockery of the claims of Channel 4 staff especially Jonathan Miller, as they too have got 'fooled' and double crossed by a faker outfit of a faked video - 'JDS'.
The so called registered address of 'JDS' ~ C/O INSD, Kremmener Strasse 2, 10435 Berlin, Germany.
The Blog address of JDS ~ http://jdsrilanka.blogspot.com/
'JDS' doesn’t have a dedicated 'Website' (the Sri Lankan officials and the Lanka media mentioned that they have a 'website') and this itself shows the bogus 'credibility' of the group of conspirators against the government of Sri Lanka.
Not having a dedicated website for a so called Media Organization and just borrowing web space from public blogs shows 'JDS bogus 'credibility' which the Channel 4 too has 'achieved' now.
LTTE has a history of killing their enemies and Sri Lankan soldiers. From 1987 onwards. That year in the month of October, some 17 LTTE cadres were arrested and detained at the Palaly army camp committed suicide by swallowing cyanide capsules which were smuggled to them by Anton Balasingham.
To take revenge, the LTTE killed nine Sri Lankan soldiers whom they had kidnapped and detained in their camp. The dead bodies were later dumped at the bus-stand in Jaffna city.
Earlier on 31 March 1987, when unidentified gunmen fired at and lobbed a powerful grenade on the vehicle carrying Kittu, the powerful LTTE’s Jaffna Commander. He lost his right leg. Enraged at the attack, LTTE’s Major Aruna went on a killing spree. He had gunned down scores of EPRLF cadres held as prisoners at the infamous Kanthan Karunai camp.
On 10 June 1990, over 400 unarmed police officers who had surrendered to the LTTE were mercilessly shot dead and the bodies were dumped.
On 21 May 1991, at Sriperumbudur, India, an LTTE suicide bomber killed former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and 14 others. A breakthrough to the investigation came from a photographer. It also highlighted that LTTE had the habit of either photographing or video-graphing all their killings to provide confirmatory evidence to their boss, Velupillai Prabhakaran. It is The LTTE practice to shift the blame for all the killings on the Sri Lanka Government.
On 4 August 2006, LTTE cadres on the run shot and killed 15 Tamil workers from French international aid agency Action Contre la Faim who were trapped inside their Muthur branch office, close to Muthur Cultural Centre. But the LTTE propaganda machinery created the impression that the Sri Lankan soldiers were to be blamed for the carnage. The propaganda was so mischievous that it even made the French Aid Agency to join the campaign against the Sri Lanka Government.
During it’s hey days, the LTTE had its own police, courts of justice, and jails in the Vanni. Dozens of Tamil dissidents were regularly rounded up by the LTTE police, convicted by the LTTE courts and held in the LTTE prisons. The convicts were held incommunicado in torture cells.
LTTE also held some Sri Lanka army soldiers in their torture cells. How and when they were arrested or disappeared is never explained officially with the army describing them as missing persons in action.
The fake and original fake videos provide the clue to what had happened to them. These missing army men were stripped naked and killed and filmed by the LTTE. Look at more closely at the video clips. You will know for yourself.
